Where to Eat
We prepare all burgers daily on site with freshly ground seasoned beef of the highest quality Charolais. Our bulbs are enriched with fiber.
We add our own BBQ sauce, salsa fresca, frits and Colesław salad to the burgers. Cut the steaks from Hereford’s maturing beef . Homemade fry fry in oil – DO NOT FILTER – we exchange it. Simply … And we also have a soft taco with beef or chicken.

Folk Gospoda is one of the oldest restaurants in Warsaw. Its roots date back to the 17th century, when Grzybów (part of today’s Wola district of Warsaw) was a real capital of commerce and beer. There were 28 breweries operating here at that time, and the multicultural crucible of various nations was mixed up in nearby bazaars.
According to legend, it was in this place in 1766 that general Ksawery Branicki was strapped after a great duel with the most famous seducer Giacomo Casanova, and in 1769 Tadeusz Kosciuszko celebrated his promotion to the captain. The Inn was burned in the November Uprising of 1831, when the Muslims conquered Wola defended by General Sowiński.
The Folk Gospoda, restored in 2004, is a lively restaurant located in the heart of the city, whose atmosphere and hospitable atmosphere attract both residents of the capital as well as many guests and tourists from around the world. This place is primarily for people who value real Polish cuisine, looking for natural food and flavors from childhood.
We strive to ensure that the quality that we treat our guests has always been at the highest level. We serve traditional Polish dishes in the original author’s edition. Carefully cultivated culinary habits, careful selection of suppliers, use of only natural ingredients to prepare meals, own production of cakes, butter, and even your own bread baking are what distinguish Folk Gospodę on the culinary map of Warsaw.

Folk Gospoda is a family restaurant especially child-friendly. The traditions of the venue include Sunday’s popular feasts among Warsaw residents, when multigenerational families meet at one table – from grandparents to grandchildren.

The keyhole is a place created for people who value tasty food, peace and an uninhibited atmosphere. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Warsaw Powiśle district, in a pre-war tenement house, by the charming Radna street. The area of 35 m2 accommodates several tables. The kitchen is open, so the chefs can be peeped through the keyhole. 😉
The menu is dominated by Italian pasta dishes. The advantage of “Keyhole” is pasta made by us, which we shoot and form here on site. We have several types of pastes, and each of them is designed for a specific sauce. For example, our black pasta colored sepia, so-called maczaron, served with seafood, which amazingly curls their taste.
Our menu is changed every day and adapted to the season – we focus on seasonality. We select our suppliers carefully, which guarantees the freshness of our products.
In addition to the pasta offer, you can try homemade desserts, drink strong Italian coffee and quench your thirst with original drinks.
