Must-see & do Attractions in Warsaw
Warsaw is full of fun things to see and do, but if you don’t have time to do everything on your list, consider this list of the top must see attractions.

1. Muzeum Powstania Warszawskiego: The Warsaw Rising Museum was opened on the 60th anniversary of the outbreak of fighting in Warsaw. The Museum is a tribute of Warsaw’s residents to those who fought and died for independent Poland and its free capital.
2. Park Łazienkowski: The main attraction in the Łazienki Park is the Łazienki Palace (Pałac Łazienkowski). The palace is also referred to as Palace (Palais) on the water, Water Palace (Pałac Na Wodzie) and Palace on the Island (Pałac na Wyspie).

3. Pałac Kultury i Nauki: The Palace of Culture and Science is the tallest building in Poland. It has been around since the 1950s. It was gifted to Poland from Stalin. This building has over 3,000 rooms. It is still used for public activities, concerts, different companies use it, universities etc. You can even go for movies here, they have a cinema within the place. Lastly, there are a few viewing galleries as well as the observation tower.
It is open for the public to visit. You can buy the ticket which leads to the elevators. The views of the city are gorgeous from the tower. There are also eating options while you visit. The price of the visit was inexpensive in what it has to offer to all those who visit.

4. Muzeum Historii Żydów Polskich Polin: This is super informative museum on the history of Jewish Polish people. The galleries’ layout is unique with rooms leading to others in a road pathway kind of direction. The journey of visiting this museum starts with the history of Jewish people fleeing Western Europe from persecutions and coming to Poland. Then you see neat things of the first Jewish settlers. Next you see the golden age of this community in 17th century. Then up to early 1900s, spoke of the Jewish contributions to the society in many areas like literature, film, businesses etc. Next gallery shows the horrors of Holocaust. Last gallery shows post war years to current day. The amount of information portrayed in this museum is impressive.
This museum opened its doors in 2014 and the structure is massive in size and design. I loved the architectural components of it being really modern yet simple enough to understand. If you have only time for one museum in Warsaw, this one should be the one.

5. Muzeum Łazienki Królewskie: The Royal Łazienki was King Stanisław August’s summer residence, in which a classicist architecture is harmoniously blended with its natural surroundings featuring fabulous gardens.
6. Zamek Królewski w Warszawie: Serving as the central building of the Polish Commonwealth for many centuries, this castle was rebuilt after it was dynamited by German troops after the Warsaw uprising, and has been rebuilt to recreate the original castle’s 17th-century architecture and interiors.
